We're seeking a versatile Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst who is curious, analytical, and enthusiastic about understanding connections between business objectives and risk. In this role, you'll help strengthen organizational resilience, enhance decision-making, and support a consistent risk culture across the enterprise.
As an ERM Analyst, you will:
Facilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and analysis in partnership with business leaders and risk owners
Support the ongoing enhancement of the ERM framework to ensure risk practices remain consistent and value-added
Coordinate quarterly and annual risk updates, preparing reports and dashboards for executives, committees, and regulatory bodies
Research and analyze emerging risks (e.g., technology, climate, third-party, and regulatory) and translate them into actionable insights
Partner across the three lines of defense - including Enterprise Compliance, Internal Audit, and business units to promote alignment with enterprise risk priorities
Support scenario planning, stress testing, and other risk analysis activities.
Communicate risk concepts in a clear, concise manner tailored to executives, governance committees, and business leaders

What it Takes
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related fields
Experience working in the insurance or financial sectors preferred
Understanding of ERM (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000, or similar) preferred
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization preferred
