The community reaps the "rewards" of poor local management

Have a Management employee required to live in the community they manage. MAYBE then they'll care about more than mismanaging residents money

Pros of working at Sentry

Work life balance was encouraged. Medical and health benefits were great and offered gym membership reimbursed. Regular fun events that allowed for socialization and things to look forward to.

The insurance industry is all about profit. Asked to take on additional work without compensation.
