Education in beauty industry and products, customer service and interacting with clients and working hands-on with products daily


In order to move up in the company you most likely have to change locations, I didn't like this at the time because I loved my store family but I do understand the reasons behind it


Daily education from brand advisors, educational classes to further our knowledge on product ingredients and differences between brands

The logistics and safety dwindled due to the pandemic. The company structure changed and did not benefit employees so a lot of us left.
