Education in beauty industry and products, customer service and interacting with clients and working hands-on with products daily

In order to move up in the company you most likely have to change locations, I didn't like this at the time because I loved my store family but I do understand the reasons behind it

Daily education from brand advisors, educational classes to further our knowledge on product ingredients and differences between brands
