Qualifications/Experience
Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
As an Equipment Operator at Ulta Beauty, you will ensure the safe transport of product throughout the distribution center, making the center a model of productivity, efficiency and reliability for the greater Ulta Beauty enterprise. Machinery includes standup forklifts, order selectors, reach trucks, powered pallet jacks and dock stockers. Tasks are most typically completed through the use of an RF scanner.
You will accomplish all of these goals by:
* Operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) as listed above (will certify on equipment)
* Performing daily checks on equipment prior to operating
* Following all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including: hazard recognition, housekeeping, accident and near miss reporting, proper use of all safety equipment and procedures and adherence to all safety rules
* Reporting faulty equipment, damage to company property including racks, and other safety hazards to supervisor
* Accurately picking/packing orders using established work practices
* Restocking picking bins
* Accurately sorting, counting and receiving all merchandise
* Safely moving product to and from pallet racks with powered material handling equipment

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Elite Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Elite Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) and focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). The Opportunity:
The Dallas Showroom Sales Coordinator / Project Manager requires an energetic, detailed, and service oriented individual responsible for applying customer service, administrative sales support, and organization expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the showroom and is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, supporting all aspects of showroom sales and coordinating projects within the showroom environment. Duties:
Deliver an exceptional, service oriented experience to all clients and visitors in the showroom.
Assist walk in clients and support sales presentations by providing product knowledge, answering inquiries, and making thoughtful recommendations.
Support a senior sales executive with day-to-day quoting, customer service, sample requests, and order tracking.
Update and maintain CRM and project management records.
Follow up with clients on sample requests, outstanding quotes, and project timelines to ensure satisfaction and project momentum.
Gain exposure to and support sales through observation, collaboration, and hands on involvement in active projects.
Track samples that are on loan to clients and retrieve any samples that are no longer being considered.
Maintain an attractive and organized showroom displays with Regional Manager that showcases products effectively including maintaining displays, managing showroom traffic, ordering office supplies, and assisting designers and clients as needed.
Coordinate showroom events, and team presentations as needed.
Work with inside and outside sales teams to ensure alignment between showroom activity and sales strategy.
Stay in formed on industry trends and product knowledge and contribute ideas for improving client engagement and showroom efficiency.
Track opportunities, manage internal systems, and support accurate and timely client communications.
Support the long term goal of growing into a Sales Account Executive role, developing knowledge of our product line, and client relationship strategy over time.
Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in design, business, or a related field preferred, with four years of experience in showroom sales, project coordination, or customer service - ideally within the architecture or design industry.
Proven experience in sales coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Knowledge of showroom management, sales processes, and customer service principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of relevant industry products, trends, and competitors.
Able to rapidly switch between tasks as varied from answering a busy phone to organizing a showroom to assisting clients on the showroom floor
Strong skills in Office, Adobe suites, and CRM is preferred with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Guest Coordinator is responsible for engaging with guests and promoting the Ulta Beauty services business through one-on-one guest interactions, both over the phone and in-person. They represent the image, products, and culture of Ulta Beauty and support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service/retail sales and in-store events), people (guest service and associate culture), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions)
The Guest Coordinator is a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned):
Performance
* Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), retail shrink, and omni-channel sales as set by Ulta Beauty.
* Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas of the store and offering friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
* Courteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
* Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, addressing and resolving guest concerns, managing the services booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow, and suggesting add-on services when booking appointments and interacting with guests in the store and salon.
* Build the services business by informing guests of current promotions and events and confidently inviting them to try services (inclusive of boutiques and salon) while providing knowledgeable, professional product and service recommendations to guests.
* Influence and support service providers in the execution of their daily appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition behaviors.

* Support the services team with ensuring all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures are being followed before, during, and after services; always ensure compliance with state board guidelines.
* In partnership with the EM, utilize the Ulta Beauty scheduling tools (e.g., services booking system, payroll management tools, Scheduling Opportunities Worksheet, and peak 25 hours) to recommend schedule adjustments that will maximize results.
* Communicate any supply needs to the EM, ensuring guest-readiness at all times.
* Contribute to maintaining outstanding store operational standards, including cleanliness of the salon, salesfloor, restrooms, backroom, break area, and any additional assigned area.
* Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for leading through Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth for the store. The OM leads a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager (MM), and is responsible for supporting the management of the operations of a retail store, including realignments, planograms and inventory life cycle-related processes (e.g., cycle counts, damages, testers, Return To Vendors (RTV), Destroy in Field (DIF) and inventory adjustments). This leader drives the store's retail business through a focus on performance (sales, inventory results, and operational compliance), people (talent acquisition, training and development), and process (standard operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a passion for operational excellence, a drive for results, the ability to quickly and efficiently lead through unforeseen complexity, and the ability to lead, influence, and develop their team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Job Functions)
The OM is a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned):
Performance
* Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
* Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
* Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support with store scheduling needs and communicate the needs to the GM to maximize productivity, achieve sales and payroll goals, and complete workload (e.g., realignments, planograms, and ad set processes) on time, and within the payroll budget.
* Review, analyze and react to Ulta Beauty's financial and operational reporting, including store visit and audit results, regularly and in a timely manner.
* Leverage company programs, tools, and resources to drive improvements to meet Ulta Beauty's goals for the store.
* Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
* Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services during work time and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
* Maintain prompt, regular attendance as the OM and hold store associates accountable to the Ulta Beauty attendance policy.

* Adhere to and enforce Ulta Beauty's dress code.
* Ensure the execution of all operational focuses, inclusive of ad set processes, visual sets, planograms, realignments, and inventory life-cycle related processes (e.g., cycle counts, damages, testers, inventory adjustments, RTVs, and DIFs).
* Use the company's scheduling tool as directed to adjust schedules and manage attendance in-the-moment during manager-on-duty shifts to ensure accurate schedules and reporting.
* Use the company's task management tool as directed to prioritize and execute store workload, including product and marketing resets, pricing updates, inventory related tasks, cleaning, and replenishment.
* Manage service, boutique, and store supply inventory and ordering processes, ensuring allocated budget is adhered to, and necessary products for services and retail are on hand.
* Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention.
* Execute day-to-day inventory control processes (e.g., known theft, damages, hazardous waste, inventory adjustments, product returns) and complete theft reporting as necessary.
* Support continuous improvement by influencing the adoption of company initiatives and technology, communicating expectations, and ensuring the execution of all store tasks.
* Utilize company programs, tools, and resources to drive store improvements.
* Regularly communicate and provide feedback to field leadership on business trends and opportunities, events, operational challenges, merchandise needs, and competitive landscape for their store.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
* 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience
* Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense
* Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives
