As a Deportation Officer (Reemployed Annuitant), you will perform the following duties:
* Performing law enforcement duties to investigate, identify, locate, arrest, detain, prosecute, and remove foreign nationals who pose a threat to national security and public safety; conducting complex investigations, executing arrests, preparing cases for prosecution, and managing the detention and removal of non-citizens in the U.S. by working with foreign, federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
* Identifying violators of immigration laws through the use of complex investigative methods and techniques as well as determining citizenship, to include gathering facts and evidence pertaining to non-citizens that pose a threat to national security and/or public safety.
* Conducting custody determinations regarding the detention of non-citizens in accordance with constitutional law, federal statutes, regulations and policies; coordinating and negotiating with domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies to manage the detention and removal of non-citizens in the U.S.; and sharing compiled actionable intelligence information with law enforcement intelligence communities.
* Interviewing witnesses and interrogating suspects to gather critical information and evidence; obtaining and serving criminal and civil warrants of arrest; serving as agency lead on interagency, federal, state, and local law enforcement task forces to address threats to national security or public safety, as well as processing, detaining, and transporting non-citizens throughout the legal process.
* Determining legal sufficiency to identify cases that meet the elements of a federal crime and the prosecutorial guidelines of the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO); presenting cases for criminal proceedings; preparing and issuing subpoenas in support of criminal prosecutions; and initiating both criminal and civil prosecutions and deporting non-citizens to foreign countries as well as performing various aspects of custodial operations related to civil immigration enforcement.

Qualifications
Dual Compensation Off-Set Waiver for Deportation Officer Approved for Rehires: This announcement is being used to recruit CSRS and FERS annuitants on a limited basis with a waiver of salary offset (if a dual compensation waiver is requested) under certain specified circumstances not to exceed 6/30/2028 excluding annuitants with early voluntary and buyout retirements.
Annuitants who are reemployed with a salary offset (dual compensation) waiver are eligible for:
* Full annuity and full Federal salary.
* Annual and sick leave (not applicable for an intermittent work schedule)
* Full-time work schedules.
* Receive overtime (on a full schedule). Overtime hours are counted towards maximum hour limitations.
* Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO).
* New hires under this authority will be offered a non-status, term appointment in the competitive service Not-to-Exceed 1 year (may be extended based on the needs of the agency).

You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, in at least THREE (3) of the following major categories equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service such as:
* Investigate: Reviewing evidence and documentation, analyzing trends, viewing records and/or concerning evidence and other barriers that complicate a case, establishing the interrelationships of facts and evidence; preparing criminal and civil complaints, requesting records, preparing and issuing subpoenas, and taking witness statements.
* Identify and Locate: Identifying and locating non-citizens who pose a threat to national security and public safety, using actionable intelligence developed through human sources such as detainee population, general public, open sources, and law enforcement contacts; Using a broad range of technologies including biometric software and high speed surveillance systems.
* Arrest: Interviewing witnesses and interrogating suspects, obtaining and serving criminal and civil warrants of arrest for those individuals located in the U.S. which may include use of various levels of force (e.g., deadly force), and initiating deportation and/or criminal proceedings regardless of whether or not the individual is in the custody of another LEA.
* Custody: Conducting legal research to support custody decisions regarding the detention of non-citizens in federal court actions, to include writs of habeas corpus and mandamus petitions and assisting ICE trial attorneys and U.S. attorneys in representing the government in court actions; making recommendations for custody determinations regarding the detention of non-citizens.
* Prosecute: Reviewing cases for legal sufficiency and making recommendations regarding whether they meet the elements of a federal crime and/or administrative violations and the prosecutorial guidelines of the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO); maintaining security of restricted and classified materials; preparing criminal complaints through affidavits, development of facts, and gathering of evidence to support prosecution.
* Deportation: Reviewing cases for legal sufficiency to identify and process for removal, violators of federal immigration laws who meet agency prosecutorial guidelines; presenting cases for civil deportation proceedings including those to federal attorneys; recommending custody conditions and preparing formal detailed documentation for the purpose of adjudication and responding to applications for immigration benefits or relief, including bonds, parole, voluntary departure, stays of removal, and deferred action.
* Partnering: Adhering to any mandatory legal, regulatory or policy requirements under international treaties and agreements regarding consular notification and access; collecting, evaluating and reporting information based on national intelligence collection requirements to include those related to national security, such as terrorism and proliferation of weapons and technology, the president's strategy to combat transnational organized crime, and illegal trafficking of weapons, persons, drugs, and money.

Completion of Training: You must have successfully completed Basic Immigration Law Enforcement Training in accordance with 8 CFR 287.1(g) and other applicable agency policy. Deportation Officer Transition Program (DOTP). Selectees who have not previously held a position as a Deportation Officer, Detention and Deportation Officer, Supervisory Deportation Officer, or Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officer and have not previously attended the six-week DOTP will be required to do so after entrance on duty. Successful completion of this course is mandatory per agency policy. Failure to successfully complete the academy will result in your removal from this position.
Physical Fitness Testing (PFT): Physical Fitness Test (PFT) may be administered. A passing score is required. Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO): This position may require substantial amounts of irregular or occasional overtime. You may be required to work on an unscheduled basis in excess of the 40-hour workweek. You must be readily available to perform this unscheduled overtime on a continual basis. To compensate you for this irregular and occasional overtime, you may receive premium pay in the form of Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO). AUO is currently authorized for this position. Work Conditions: This job requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops and maintains reports on device lifecycle status, out-of-support equipment, and asset compliance
2. Provides leadership with actionable insights using advanced Excel reporting and data analysis
3. Ensure end-of-life processing meets institutional and regulatory requirements
4. Forecasts inventory needs and monitors stock levels to support onboarding and role transitions
5. Tracks equipment orders and deliveries to ensure timely deployment
6. Reviews and approves IT purchase requests for alignment with standards and lifecycle policies

Capital Officer

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the VP of Investor Relations, with the management of existing investor relationships and identification of prospective investors. This may include contacting potential investors, scheduling and attending meetings, presenting investment opportunities, and maintaining ongoing communication to cultivate strong relationships.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for select proprietary investor accounts which includes, but is not limited to, intimately understanding their investment needs, pricing parameters and preferred investment criteria and underwriting standards, managing standing pipeline calls, facilitating deal and fund closings, arranging client entertainment and closing events, and ensuring that the client receives an exceptional level of service at all times.
Assist with the multi-investor fund process to include aggregation of product, preparing timelines and fund marketing materials, working with counsel to draft upper tier legal documents, presenting the fund materials and key characteristics to the internal investment committee, and managing the ongoing investor due diligence and closing process.
Serve as the lead on scheduling and arranging annual investor due diligence and portfolio reviews, preparing slide decks, coordinating with, and prepping team members, and facilitating the meeting.
Work with internal constituents to structure and close upper tier low-income housing tax credit partnerships for national and regional multi-investor funds and proprietary funds.
Work in conjunction with the Production Team to analyze investor outlets and select assets for LIHTC funds that optimize investor capital, deal originations and client needs.
Communicate frequently with Investors to understand changing investment needs and deal pricing requirements.
Own the development of comprehensive investment marketing materials including presentations, project/fund summaries, financial projections, and benefit schedules to highlight investment attributes to investors.
Coordinate with Originations and the Credit & Underwriting team throughout the closing process to identify and mitigate transaction risks.
Coordinate with Fund Management post-closing concerning ongoing investor reporting requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as developers, investors, lenders, state and local housing agencies, consultants, and industry associations.
Represent the company at industry conferences and community events.
Innovate and apply efficiencies in the application of data and technology to support business opportunities.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the LIHTC industry, with a proven track record of success in business development, syndication, origination, underwriting, closing, investor relations, fund management, and dispositions.
Extensive knowledge of the LIHTC program, tax credit regulations, affordable housing finance, real estate development, and market trends.
Highly organized, solutions oriented, forward-thinking nature.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer advocacy skills.
Must demonstrate a high proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible, and perform under pressure is essential to the role.

Code Enforcement Officers are responsible for ensuring residential and commercial properties are compliant with City ordinances related to property maintenance, building codes, zoning, signage, nuisances, and business licenses. They are also responsible for public education and attending neighborhood meetings. Day to day operations include: proactive patrols to identify code violations, field investigations, follow-up inspections, issuing notices and citations as appropriate, conducting business checks, and attending court.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary
The Professional Standards Lieutenant performs a variety of administrative and professional duties serving as the institution's professional standards and accreditation manager.
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the Public Safety Department's implementation, maintenance and adherence to state and/or national accreditation. The position ensures compliance with the institution and the university system's policies and directives.
The incumbent in the position oversees the department s response to complaints alleging employee misconduct and personally conducts, or supervises others in conducting, investigations as directed by the Chief of Police. The position also has responsibility for overseeing the investigation of external concerns regarding the operation of the department and for ensuring the integrity of the department is maintained through adherence to internal processes which are established to provide objectivity, fairness, and justice through impartial investigations.
This position is designated as Campus Security Authority (CSA) and is responsible for reporting crimes and other incidents to the Clery Act Compliance Officer for inclusion in the Annual Campus Security Report in accordance with the Federal Clery Act and GGC policy .
Responsibilities
* Reviews and provides guidance to others on technical and complex issues relating to law enforcement standards, the accreditation/certification and compliance processes
* Supervises and oversees the administrative staff support required to improve the performance of the Public Safety Department by achieving and maintaining state or national accreditation and compliance with the institution and the university system's (GGC/USG) policies or directives; assigns, directs, and coordinates activities of employees to achieve plans of action to meet requirements of applicable accreditation / certification standards; directs assignments and enforces deadlines; makes recommendations to the Chief of Police regarding activities needed to meet accreditation/certification requirements; determines documentation needed to support agency compliance with national and/or state standards governing accreditation/certification, and compliance with GGC/USG policies, directives, and recommendations; serves as the central repository for certification information about the accreditation process, standards, procedures, reports, and compliance necessities; compiles and submits required reports to maintain state or national certification, and GGC/USG compliance
* Coordinates all aspects of an audit to include online, site visits, mock assessments, preparation of department and college employees, providing appropriate documentation, scheduling of interviews, meeting and interview locations, external communications, department and campus tours, accommodations, meals, travel and per diem payments
* Maintains master and archive files for standard operating procedures manual, annexes, and written directives of agency; maintains accreditation individual standard status reports (ISSR), certification standard status report (CSSR) files, and GGC/USG policy compliance memorandum
* Participates in planning, development, and implementation of new programs, policies, procedures, systems, crime analysis and equipment to improve agency performance in relation to compliance with applicable accreditation standards; evaluates current policies and directives
* Monitors proposed changes/amendments to standards relating to accreditation/certification and compliance process; evaluates impact of potential changes on current operations; ensures implementation of new standards into agency standards, policies, and procedures
* Ensures employee knowledge of, and compliance with, Standard Operating Procedures, annexes, directives by routinely reviewing department members internal and external interactions (incident and arrest reports); by routinely meeting with administrators, supervisors, officers, special unit members, and other employees; by routinely meeting with Community Outreach Program Supervisor; and, by meeting with college and public groups; serves as the training manager for the unit
* Provides accreditation/certification training for campus employees. Serves on campus and local committees, and makes presentations as needed
* Ensures that each external and internal complaint received is evaluated to determine the nature of the Department's response; provides members of the Department with the established procedures for the acceptance and classification of complaints, the initiation of the administrative investigative process, the process for conducting a fair and reasonable investigation, the proper methods for adjudication of these administrative investigations, and the methods for the administration of fair, reasonable and defensible discipline; performs shift work as required, must attend court and provide appropriate testimony on behalf of the college; performs other duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications
* High School or GED
* Five years of law enforcement experience, with a minimum of three years of police supervisory or investigative experience
* Twenty one years of age or older
* Georgia POST Certified with Basic Law Enforcement Mandate and be in "Good Standing" Note: Passing or qualifying scores are adopted from the requirements set by the Georgia Peace
* Officers Standards and Training Council
* Maintain annual certification and state training requirements; obtain and maintain additional certifications as required by the institution
* Pass pre-employment testing (if applicable), criminal history check (no felony convictions or convictions of moral turpitude), background check, physical, drug test, psychological and/or polygraph exam, and credit history check
* Possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver's license
