What You'll Accomplish Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings and trainings to ensure working knowledge of the Crisis Management Plan and proficiency in all emergency procedures to effectively respond to threats to the safety and security of staff, guests, and property. Emergency incidents include but are not limited to bomb threats, fire, natural disasters, power or equipment failure, lost children, medical incidents, disorderly persons or disturbances, robbery or other violent acts, and animal escapes. Successfully participate in mandatory trainings including Management of Aggressive Behavior, CPR/1st Aid/AED for Adults, Children and Infants, Blood Borne Pathogens, and Crowd Manager to comply with state and federal regulations and effectively execute emergency procedures during incident response.
