- Communicated with FDA auditors to prevent potential problems with ongoing testing procedures and communicated possible solutions as corrective and preventative actions.
- Collect recorder data and process graphical information for each FDA experimental run; calculate D-values and recoverable populations as required.
2. ISO
- Organized the company's calibration records that helped achieve ISO 9001 and 10993 certification and CE mark registration.
- Provide QA with needed support to obtain ISO Certification and maintain the ISO standard throughout the company.
3. GMP

- Managed security configurations of multiple GMP equipment to ensure sensitive data is backed up and secure via active directory.
4. Perform DNA
- Perform DNA analysis (extraction, quantitation, PCR amplification, and Typing) of biological evidence and interpret the results.
- Perform DNA quantification via Q- PCR using both manual and robotic setup.
5. Extraction
- Designed and performed optimization experiments for agricultural and extraction processes resulting in savings exceeding $3 million per year.
- Studied green solvent-assisted extrusion as a novel oil-seed extraction method.
6. Physical Evidence
- Maintained a position as Safety Officer in the Physical Evidence section.
- Perform conventional serological and DNA analysis (STR) on items of physical evidence.

The process takes place using a machine, which helps in heating and cooling off the substances. The purpose of heating exists to separate the DNA into two single strands.
- Perform robotic DNA amplification via PCR using robotic setup.
- Project Management for Assay Development and Qualification of Real-Time PCR assays for relative gene expression level determination in cross-pollinated plants.
