Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Required). Master's degree (MBA or MS Finance) or CPA/CMA designation (Preferred) Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in project management or a similar role. Lesser experience is ok, with requisite skills / willingness to learn rapidly Experience managing projects in a finance or corporate environment (e.g., ERP implementation, financial transformation, M&A integration, SOX compliance). Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Skills Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
