Supervisors don’t even know how to do the job they are supervising . They expect you to work 12 hours 5 days sometimes 6 days a week and they don’t care if you have kids or anything going on they just care about you working hard to”never reach goal”. You work your ass off while upper management sits on their ass and phones all day but will say something to you if you answer a text message. Lots of men that gossip like high school girls . They also hire lots of immigrants so they can use and abuse them. It is an American sweatshop

I enjoy the financial liberty that working provides.
The staff at the Waycross location fail to comply with policy often. They allow a select few initiate and maintain a stressfully hostile working environment. I have not received an evaluation since I have been employed. I have not received a raise since I have been employed with Simmons, despite constant praise on a job well done.

Manufacturing teams worked well within the 4-walls to achieve goals. Pay was fair to above average for plant managers and above.
Continual strategic direction shifts and leadership turns at executive levels made leading plant teams difficult, unsafe and frustrating. Human resources leadership were legal drones completely disconnected with team engagement, feedback, etc.
