SUMMARY: Complete restaurant opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools. This is a tipped position. This position requires both weekdays, weekends, and evenings with most shifts starting at 3pm and ending at 11pm. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Cleaning all equipment areas, locking equipment doors, etc. Set up, stock, clean and maintain work areas. Take orders from customers, input orders in Micros POS system, and obtain payment and provide change. Upsell customer food orders.
