Responsibilities Event Setup and Preparation: Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setting up tables, chairs, linens, and service stations while ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards. Service Execution: Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests during events, including serving courses, refilling beverages, and promptly addressing guest needs. Clean-Up and Reset: Break down and clean event spaces after services, including clearing tables, storing equipment, and resetting the room for the next event while adhering to company cleanliness standards. Qualifications Experience in Food Service or Hospitality: Prior experience as a banquet server, waiter/waitress, or in a similar role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to stay composed and efficient during busy events. Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a welcoming and accommodating experience for guests. Physical Stamina and Dexterity: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry heavy trays, and move quickly while maintaining precision and attention to detail. Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.
