Purpose: The Latitude Server is on the forefront of Resident interaction with the dining program for the community. From daily operation of the restaurant and bar, to catering and special events. This is a position for an individual who routinely exercises good judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills. As the face of the dining experience, maintaining positivity and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment is critical while maintaining standards and authentically delivering the Latitude Margaritaville Lifestyle.
