As a Security Host/Hostess, the main goal is to provide a safe and secure environment that enables our guests, cast members and vendors to experience the magic of Disney. Responsibilities :
The Security Host/Hostess performs protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner while dealing with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, threats to life and property
As a first responder, will be trained on Infant, Child and Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defribrillator (AED), Stop The Bleed Training and fire extinguisher procedures to respond to emergencies as needed
Conduct interior and exterior Resort foot patrol to identify undesirable conditions
Evaluate a situation and quickly make logical decisions on how to proceed while maintaining a calm demeanor
Investigations, including evaluation of the scene, interviewing complainants and witnesses, involve correct personnel to assist with the investigation
Documentation and report writing
Maintain order in the Resort while attending to the needs of our guests, cast members and vendors
Coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, alarms, safety hazards and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational, persuasive manner
Handle violations of Resort policy, civil laws and undesired conduct
Work with state of the art technology to detect and respond to safety systems
Provide cash escorts for cashiers to/from cash room to their work station
Respond to security and emergency calls and prioritize the work in a timely manner
Use of complex consoles to receive calls from guests, cast members and vendors requiring assistance and dispatches to resolve situations - will maintain logs of all requests
Provide key assist
Issue contractor and visitor badges
Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system for any unusual activity and dispatch via two-way radio
Provide accurate information to guests, cast members and vendors seeking directions and hours of operation
Receive, record and secure found property - will also research and respond to guests inquiries for lost property
Escort guests and cast members as required to parking lots

Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Summary

Conducts a first greet guests upon arrival. Takes orders if time permits, or informs guests that he or she will return within 3 minutes to assist them.

Banquets brings guests together in one of our spectacular ballrooms, modern boardrooms or an amphitheater under the stars. What you will be doing:
Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.
Ensure a positive first impression of the restaurant for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.
Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features
Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.
Pick up and serve food and beverage orders. Ensure that food and beverage are served promptly to the guests once they are ready.
Try to remember individual patron's names and their preferences to extend a personalized service
Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard
Clear and tidy up tables after the departure of the patrons as quickly as possible.
Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures
Assist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required
Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Detailed & service oriented with an eye for detail to be self-motivated and energetic.
Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work in Food and Beverage (Tuberculosis Clearance)
Valid Driver's License

Hourly Rate: $16.00 USD + tips
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.

Summary:
This position will be tasked with delivering an outstanding service experience to any member or guest who enters the Oahu Country Club. This is a “hands-on” position requiring significant time on the floor interfacing with the associate team, club members, and guests. It is a high guest contact position and requires a person with a warm and outgoing personality with a high level of knowledge in food service, food products, and beverage/alcohol products. This position is part of the food & beverage service delivery team. This position is required to create an unforgettable dining experience for members and their guests, accurate order taking, repeating orders, delivery of the order to the proper person at the table, avoid auctioning of food/beverage orders, prep food expo counter, set up, breakdown, clean as you go for a spotless dining area, and when necessary bus tables, expedite food, running food to the tables, performing periodic restroom checks, double as a banquet server and perform all that is necessary to ensure the Club is meeting the needs and expectations of all who use our facilities. Must be able to multi-task and communicate well with bar, kitchen, and service team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Easily accessible to Club Members on daily basis.
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Approach all encounters with members, guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
Appreciate working in a multi-cultural workplace. Become familiar with local customs and nuances at the club.
Maintain regular attendance in effort of being visible to operations team and Club Members as well as monitor work performance and member satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper work attire and name tag.
Be a good communicator both verbally and written. Maintain communication with all departments of the Club - golf pro shop, facilities, grounds. Strong two-way communication with peers and senior leadership.
Comply at all times with Oahu Country Club standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient club operations.
Maintain all Club service standards. Set example and do not implement or encourage short cuts.
Learn and understand all Club Member Rules and other special conditions that are managed by the F&B team such as Honolulu County liquor regulations.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of service area and see that services are continually executed at the expected level.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire bar and surrounding area.

1. Scope and Impact:
The Server's main responsibility is to ensure that each guest is greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The Server ensures that each guest's order is taken in a friendly and timely manner. Ensures that guests receive their correct food and drink orders, answers inquiries relative to items on menu and otherwise attends to the needs of all guests and members.
2. Essential Functions:
• Takes drink orders at guest greeting, delivers beverages and offers appetizers.

3. Job Requirements
A. Technical Skills Required
• Must be able to operate point-of-sale system.
• Solid knowledge of math and the ability to accurately make change from cash transactions.
• Ability to handle credit card transactions.
• Ability to balance transactions at the end of each shift.
B. Language Skills
• Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively verbally with guests, co-workers and manager.
C. Physical Demands/Work Environment
• Requires the ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food and other items up to 50 lbs.
• Requires some bending, stretching and pulling in the course and scope of the work.
• Must be able to stand and work during entire work shift (at least for 5 hours).
• Requires the ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously, work in a high-paced, high-energy environment, with ongoing interruptions and ambient noise.
Qualifications
Education/Experience Required
• Requires a minimum of one year previous food & beverage experience.
• Requires previous cashiering experience.

Job Summary
A Banquet Server sets up, prepares the banquet area, serves food and drinks to event guests in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner. Responsible for coordinating the serving station and communicating with the front and back-of-the-house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. Process guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared accurately and on a timely basis. Determine when meals have been completed, and total bills, accept payment and assist in clean-up and close-down procedures.
Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Event Coordinator and Lead Banquet Server on facilitating the details of the event.
Accurately communicate the event details with the manager and report any needed updates during the event.
Exquisite the setup and breakdown of the event according to company procedures.
Account for all equipment and supplies. Return restaurant items to storage areas.
Return or arrange for the return of rented materials.
Maintain cleanliness of the Banquet areas floor/patio and perimeter grounds area and quickly correct and report any health hazards and code violations to the manager.
Check out with the Lead Banquet Server, obtaining their initials on the checkout paperwork before you turn it in to a manager.
Knows all menu items offered at the event.. If asked, accurately answer menu items in regard to the preparation method, ingredients, portion size, and side items accompanying the dish.
Conducts a first greet guests upon arrival. Takes orders if time permits, or informs guests that he or she will return within 3 minutes to assist them.
Takes beverage and food orders accurately for all tables. Has less than 2% return of items due to order mistakes.
Keep beverage glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
Legibly completes guest checks and accurately enters orders into the POS system following company procedures with 100% accuracy.
Picks up orders and completes plate/drink preparation correctly as specified by company expo procedures.
Performs check-back procedures with tables within 2 minutes of guests receiving their food and drinks.
Totals and presents guest checks and carries out payment procedures with 100% accuracy.
Performs side-work duties correctly as specified.
Follows all end-of-shift checkout procedures with 100% accuracy.
Follows the alcohol serving procedures in regard to beverage service standards, awareness standards, and government regulations with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
