What will be expected of you:
Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated, and a la carte dining

Empowered to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
Assist in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linen, busing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and re-setting the room
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including indoor and outdoor

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and light food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality and customer service expected by our guests in both café and restaurant settings.
Understand and uphold dining and beverage service standards while engaging guests in a genuine, professional manner.
Explain menu items, specialty beverages, and seasonal offerings to guests, understanding allergy and dietary concerns.
Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items, beverage programs, and café offerings.
Be a team player-assist colleagues where needed to ensure smooth and consistent service across outlets.
Complete setup and breakdown of assigned areas, including detailed cleaning and organization of workstations.
Operate and maintain coffee and beverage equipment with care, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a café, barista, or full-service dining environment preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts-including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English required; a second language is desirable.
