Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Perform all assigned side work as assigned by management. Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.

Job Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
Experience:
Availability congruent with Town Company hours required, Wednesday - Sunday 4pm - 12am.
At least three (3) years' experience in food and beverage serving required.

Set the food and beverage stations according to the set design for the service period to be set and ready prior to the start of the serving period.
