Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As the Banquet Server, you will provide our guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china
Follow health and safety practices at all times
All prep work must be completed prior to event start time
Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event
Respond promptly to any guest request
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space
Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift
Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests

Status: Hourly
Reports To: Food and Beverage Director
Purpose: Responsible for bringing food and beverages to dine-in customers seated in their section. Duties include writing down and submitting special food needs to the kitchen, taking drink orders and submitting them to the bar, and bringing out correct dishes and beverages to each diner.
Position Responsibilities:
Write down and submit drink orders accurately.
Deliver food in a timely manner assuring temperatures are correct and food is plated according to standard consistency.
Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure special dietary needs are met.
Memorize the correct standard menu as well as vegan and gluten free menus
Clear and sanitize tables and bus all items to kitchen
Keep section clean and dry at all times
Reset tables as directed making certain that all condiment containers are full and fresh
Ensure all plateware, cooking utensils, condiments, tables, and chair surfaces are cleaned and prepped properly
Accomplish tasks as scheduled

Safe Serve certification & WI ABC card preferred. If no card and certification, course will have to be completed on property before starting work
