Reports to: Department Manager or Director General Purpose: Maintains bar and serves guests in accordance with established standards and professionalism. o Stocks bar or Beverage Cart, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records. o Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
