Job Summary: The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area by clearing tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant meets high sanitation standards. This role plays a key part in providing efficient service to guests and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
Clean and reset tables for the next guest, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as .
Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area.
Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.
