Courteously greet bar guests, and promote and document orders for drinks. Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control. Keep track of all beverages served and create a check for each guest to maintain accountability for all beverages served. Execute all cocktail beverages for the serving team promptly.
Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations about serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
Responsible for sanitation in and around the bar area and compliance with DHEC standards.
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar. This includes stocking all beer, wine, spirits, glassware, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
Responsible for cutting, and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality. Prepare large batch drink mixes, juices, and simple syrup and label them appropriately.
Note that this is not an inclusive list and team members are at times asked to assist with other tasks to best serve the business. Other tasks may be assigned by the Revival General Manager or other managers.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in and knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards..
