Stock all juices, liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and ice ensuring sufficient supplies for the shift Prepare, cut, and stock all fruit and garnishes for drinks Complete prep for bar recipes including juicing and batching according to the provided recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar including sweeping the floor, taking out trash bins, and overall appearance of the bar areas Properly wash and sanitize all glassware Work with management, bartenders, servers, hosts, food runners, and bussers to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for our gusts Work with a purpose; continually fill waters, pre bus, reset/wipe down bar top, complete side work, help fellow employees, and complete additional assigned tasks to provide a productive and positive work environment Attend educational/developmental sessions as required
