What will be expected of you:
Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated, and a la carte dining
Use a cocktail tray to serve all beverages and clear empty glasses
Empowered to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
Assist in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linen, busing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and re-setting the room
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including indoor and outdoor

How you will make an impact
Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant
Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently

SERVER ASSISTANT
Reporting to the Restaurant Leader, the Server Assistant works alongside the Captain to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. They collaborate with the Captain with the dining experience, while providing friendly and prompt table-side service to guests. Job Summary:
Banquet servers are responsible for performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events and promoting ANCC's Five Star Service through interactions with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.
Essential Functions:
· Provides all members and guests with a high level of service with a smile.
· Reads and understands daily Catering Event Orders (CEO's).
· Arrives to work on time ready to work.

Helps control expenses: Follows B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group procedures when handling cash and processing financial transactions. Responsible for proper use of all equipment and adheres to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.
Works Safely: Dispenses/serves food and beverages and maintains a clean and safe work area in accordance with B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, local, state, and federal regulations. Follows all B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group procedures for guest/associate incidents. Knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures.
Self/Workload Management: Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties. Adheres to B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group attendance policy, grooming/appearance standards, general work rules and department procedures. Attends all required department and hotel meetings.
Works collaboratively with all others: Takes room service orders, assists bartender, and works as a team player to ensure all guest needs are met. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift. Requires ability to complete physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying, and lifting continuously throughout the shift.
