Required to be punctual, dependable, clean, and must learn and practice all sanitary and safety procedures upon arrival at work site. Assist with the training and supervision of cafeteria helpers. Required to maintain physical condition to be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Assist custodial staff with the maintenance of trash and garbage collection following sanitary requirements. Responsible for the washing and sanitizing of utensils, cupboards, coolers, counters, tables and furnishings in the cafeteria and kitchen following each meal.
