Job Description Banquet Server's primary role is to greet, assist and serve guests at special functions and events, while ensuring Brand Standards and Banquet Department operating procedures are being followed. The Banquet Server will help assist with event preparation and clean up, serve guests, and respond to questions, complaints and requests of our guests. Greet guests as they enter the venue and help them find their seats. Circulating the room with trays of appetizers and beverages. Serve all food and beverages to guests per company standards. Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation. Manage audio-visual equipment during events.
