Scope of Position
The Banquet Server provides table service to all patrons by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Hourly Staff Schedule Requirements
All staffs are kindly asked to understand that the property operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. While the company will make every attempt to create a work and life balance, all hourly paid team members may be asked to work extended shifts and additional days based on business demands. The busiest of days during the season (Memorial Day through Columbus Day) are the weekend days from Friday thru Sunday and on holiday weekends that are celebrated on Mondays, this can include Mondays. All seasonal staff must be aware and able to work all weekends; requesting time off for a holiday weekend may not and will likely not be granted. The more flexible you are the more you can learn, grow, earn. Rate of pay for this position is $25.00 as follows, $5.00 hourly base rate plus $20.00 per hour in service changes inclusive.

Position Summary
The Server will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Skill sets include:Carrying trays with up to 10 dinner plates, transporting food and hot and cold beverages to service areas Can work independently as well as in a team. Manage catering services and client communications.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $9.24, plus tips.

Responsibilities
* Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
* Ability to carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
* Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests for all events consistent with DLTCC standards of service.
* Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met.
* Setup and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building consistent with DLTCC standards of service.
