Scope of Position

Hourly Staff Schedule Requirements
All staffs are kindly asked to understand that the property operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. While the company will make every attempt to create a work and life balance, all hourly paid team members may be asked to work extended shifts and additional days based on business demands. The busiest of days during the season (Memorial Day through Columbus Day) are the weekend days from Friday thru Sunday and on holiday weekends that are celebrated on Mondays, this can include Mondays. What You'll Do
As a Barista at Little Lattes Play Cafe, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and care
Providing excellent customer service to both parents and children
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting space
Assisting with basic café operations
Helping host and support birthday parties on weekends, including setting up, assisting during parties, and helping with cleanup
Contributing to the positive and friendly atmosphere that makes Little Lattes a special place

A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service
A willingness to learn and grow; no prior barista experience is required, but it is preferred.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Physical Settings and Schedule:
Ability to be scheduled on the weekends.
