Responsibilities * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and event guidelines * Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local laws * Operate POS systems accurately, process cash and credit transactions, and maintain proper cash handling procedures * Set up, maintain, and break down bar stations throughout the tournament * Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked during event hours * Monitor guest consumption and address any service issues professionally * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies, including outdoor and heat-related safety protocols * Provide courteous, efficient service while managing high guest volume * Work collaboratively with concessions, culinary, and event operations teams * Adhere to tournament rules, dress code standards, and customer service expectations Qualifications * Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol * Prior bartending, concessions, or special event experience preferred * Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices * Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, including prolonged standing and walking * Strong customer service and communication skills * Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and multi-day events * Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol) or willingness to obtain Strengthened by our Differences.
