Job Summary: As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service during events and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. You will work closely with the banquet team to set up, serve, and clean up after events, including weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. What you will be doing Work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality. Set up portable bar with the appropriate items (as needed): garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc. Maintain bar supplies throughout the function. Making really great beverages! Using POS system to ring bar purchases for guest's drinks.

Provide proactive beverage and bread refills Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process through the POS system. Return change to the guest quickly. Be ready and willing to assist fellow cocktail servers before they ask including but not limited to running food, prebussing and manicuring tables, beverage refills, bussing tables, etc. Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return. Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience Requirements Qualifications: Be 21 years of age.
