RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining constant communication with the Bar Team, keeping tabs on where each of your bar patrons are in their meal.
Performing serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service.

Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar and ensuring that bartenders have clean glassware, towels, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of full service and high volume barback experience
Should have working knowledge of food, wine, beer, and liquors
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to stand/walk a minimum of 8 hours or as needed
Aloha POS and Open Table knowledge is a plus!
A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
Must have a great sense of hospitality and understand how it impacts on our business

Responsibilities
Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
Ability to carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests for all events consistent with DLTCC standards of service.

Setup and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building consistent with DLTCC standards of service.
