OBJECTIVE Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient and timely manner. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and talk to guests. Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. This job consists of setting up, serving, and tearing down numerous catered functions to include breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions and coffee breaks. POSITION PURPOSE: Service of Food and Beverage in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. The server is responsible for all food set-ups, service and breakdowns. 2. The server is to be totally familiar with all menus and here to find all menu-related items. 3. The server is responsible for maintaining a clean work area at all times. 4. The server must have an understanding of the system used for picking up food, and banquet service. 5. The server must execute the service techniques set forth by management. Only these techniques are acceptable. 6. The server will always be a team player and help out others when needed. 7.
