    Job DescriptionDescription: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server or Bartender to join our team. As a Malibu Farm staff member you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Greet and serve guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Bartender: - Ability to create classic cocktails - Fexibility to wait on table outside the bar Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling payments - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Experience in bussing or culinary roles is an asset We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
