Responsibilities:
* Responsible for providing guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
* Efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware.
* Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner.
* Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food, and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and kindly answer any questions they may have regarding menu items.

Qualifications:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder. Part-time Description JOB SUMMARY

At Hilton Garden Inn Chandler Downtown, we believe every sip, every plate, and every interaction should feel like an experience worth remembering. We're looking for a Bartender/Server who can mix more than just great cocktails-you'll mix memorable moments for our guests, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the first pour to the last bite.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create a welcoming environment by engaging guests with genuine hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail.
Prepare, mix, and serve beverages with consistency, flair, and accuracy, while following Hilton brand standards.
Deliver food and drinks to tables with efficiency and enthusiasm, ensuring each guest feels cared for.
Share menu knowledge and recommendations, helping guests discover new favorites.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas to create a polished, inviting space.
Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with teammates to keep service seamless, even during busy shifts.
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
At least 1 year of bartending or serving experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and teammates.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
