The Lounge Server primary responsibility is to expedite guests' drink orders, provide beverage and bus service and is responsible for ensuring the guest always receives impeccable service. The right candidate must have a thorough knowledge of wine, liquor and beer, and strong interpersonal skills and a deep familiarity with wine and beverage service. Knowledgeable of tableside sequence of service. Able to balance and carry a tray loaded with glassware. Minimum age requirement 21 years or older. Minimum of 1 year of previous Food & Beverage experience in a fast-paced environment with cocktail serving experience, preferably within a hotel/gaming property. Possess excellent interpersonal service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, manage multiple tasks and remain calm and produce expected results in a very high paced environment. Basic math skills are required, as well as the ability to handle cash and accurately make change. Must have knowledge and ability to perform proper Bottle service.
