Manage Food Safety within the kitchen (labels/dates, safe food and/or chemical storage, rotating stock, proper serving temperatures.) Wash dishes in the dish machine. Qualifications To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills: A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents. 1 year food service experience (required) 1 year senior living/healthcare experience (preferred) If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable). Server must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations. It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation.
