The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up, executing, and breaking down events at the Club. Banquet staff receive an Event Order and translate the instructions from the host and the Events Director into a full-scale event. Banquet bartenders are responsible for assembling, managing, and serving alcohol inventory, documenting consumption through the event. Banquet bartenders also double as servers for events that require less alcohol service. The houseman team sets the furniture in the room, while the banquet staff set tables, arrange décor, set buffets, and drink stations. Throughout the event, they provide food and beverage service to guest, working as a team to create a memorable experience. Ensures that all food items are correctly stored, labeled, dated and rotated to prevent any health or safety hazards from occurring, and takes precautions against possible spoilage.
