Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine pairings, and menu offerings is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or plates up to 25 pounds.
