Maintain strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers. Strictly adhere to all state liquor regulations, including the prevention of service to minors or intoxicated persons.
Maintain mastery of table numbers, room capacities, operating hours, and standard table setups. Effectively utilize the POS system for accurate order entry.
Review and execute requirements based on daily Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and guest itineraries.
