Job Responsibilities for Professional Server:
Interact with members in our Exclusive Restaurants, Dining areas or Conference Rooms to ensure satisfaction, build relationships and create the highest level of a dining experience

Scope of Position

Hourly Staff Schedule Requirements
All staffs are kindly asked to understand that the property operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. While the company will make every attempt to create a work and life balance, all hourly paid team members may be asked to work extended shifts and additional days based on business demands. The busiest of days during the season (Memorial Day through Columbus Day) are the weekend days from Friday thru Sunday and on holiday weekends that are celebrated on Mondays, this can include Mondays. The City Center Rink is looking for a seasonal Ice Bumper Car Host position. The staff member will work under the supervision of assistant managers and will report to the City Center Manager.
Opportunities at the City Center Rink are fun, fast paced and challenging. Ice Bumper Car Hosts should be able to work in a high volume customer service setting and also be comfortable working and walking on the ice surface.
Ice Bumper Cars run Monday - Friday 4:00-8:00PM (shifts are 3:30PM-8:30PM).
Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM-2:00PM (shifts are 8:30AM-2:30PM).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Attend required training dates
Monitoring all bumper car sessions
