    Apply Description The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and mirror Picazzo's standards that align with our Core Values, Mission Statement and Culture. Servers are responsible for positive interactions while serving guests in a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable manner. They also facilitate the opportunity for guests with dietary restrictions to dine out at a safe establishment that recognizes the struggles of restrictions. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Servers are expected to have basic cooking knowledge as well as liquor, beer and wine knowledge. Responsibilities Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks. Able to multi-task while placing guests on hold to take care of in-person guests and vice versa. Maintains a sense of urgency throughout the shift. Acts as a true team member and recognizes areas to be helpful and supportive to other staff and guests alike. Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items...etc. Suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing guest's about food preparation details, communicating specific customer needs to the cooks. Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest's needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses. Properly open and pour wine at the tableside. Adheres to proper sidework duties, policies, and health department requirements. Food hander certification within the county of employment. Maintains excellent menu and allergen knowledge. Able to work on feet for long hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Accepting guest payments, issuing receipts, returning the change. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Filling in for absent staff as needed. Assisting with special events as needed. Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently. Understands and can communicate products and services available at the restaurant. Following Picazzo's Steps of Service Has basic wine knowledge and makes efforts to improve overall menu knowledge.

    Forest Highlands Golf Club, located in Flagstaff, Arizona seeks (19) full-time, temporary Servers who will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage at Forest Highlands Golf Club. Six (6) months of Service experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicants must complete pre-employment background check at employer's expense. Travel is not required. Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided. On-the-job training is provided. Wage: $21.52 - 25.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly on Fridays. Overtime is available a $32.28 - $37.50 per hour. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10am - 4pm and 3pm 10pm. Shift hours may vary. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $225 - $450 per week, which includes utilities. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A $350 with a $300 non-refundable security deposit is required, to be paid in full by deduction from first paycheck. For a shared room and bathroom, housing will cost $250 per week for new employees and $225 per week for returning employees. For a private room bathroom, housing will cost $450 a week for new employees and $400 a week for returning employees. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). As a Buffalo Wild Wings Host/Cashier/Greeter, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Serving as a friendly and welcoming first impression to all guests that come through our front door Greeting and seating walk-in guests in a friendly and timely manner Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online guest orders, including orders from third party vendors such as Doordash and Grubhub Assembling takeout orders for guests and/or third-party delivery drivers with unparalleled accuracy Informing servers or other team respective team members of any guest specific needs or special occasions Serving as a menu knowledge expert in order to provide suggestions to guests based on preferences or requests Upselling menu items to generate higher sales Processing accurate and timely payments with integrity Assisting Service Team in delivering food and providing drink refills to provide an over-the-top guest experience Assisting Service Team in maintaining clean dining room/bar areas Ensuring food safety standards are followed in accordance with local regulations Successfully resolving conflicts or guest complaints as permitted by management Maintaining a stocked and clean lobby and takeout area/workspace Completing deep cleaning tasks as assigned Generating positive working relationships with all team members, including the Servers and Heart of House Additional duties as assigned by management Knowledge and skills you bring to the team: Reliability, dependability, and good work ethic Prior front of house experience, preferably in a high volume, full-service restaurant Basic food service, including proper and safe usage of appropriate restaurant equipment Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure Proficient understanding of food allergens Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card Personable and friendly personality and ability to communicate with guests Strong understanding and delivery of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Knowledge of basic math functions and calculations involving currency Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and with others Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills Ability to take direction and constructive feedback from both peers and management Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds Ability to work at a fast pace and with high intensity while standing for an extended period of time Not sure if your experience aligns?
