Overview The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service for all high volume events in accordance with OVG standards. This role requires the ability to interpret Banquet Event Orders, carry multiple entrees, and maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked service areas. Servers provide professional, fine-dining-level hospitality by anticipating guest needs and ensuring an outstanding experience.
