Job Description 0Summary (Essential Functions): Provide consistently excellent food & beverage service to Club members and guests. Overview: The Onsite Host is a part-time temporary position lasting between 3 - 6 months. The position will be responsible for providing support to a specific residential community in Wilmington, NC. The individual must have a valid real estate license. This is an onsite role -- Friday - Sunday (not hybrid or remote). Estimated 25-30 hours per week. What you will do: Placing and removing lockboxes from homes. Opening vacant homes for prospects to view (and locking them). Greet prospects and ensure that they feel welcome.
