Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires. Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for constant communication with these partners and internal coordination of all quotes and orders for the Residential team at our Freeburg location.
