Job Summary Our Truck Service team is comprised of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians and spans coast to coast. As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!
