Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies' vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals
Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
Other duties as assigned.
