Your Role:
As the Customer Service Lead, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers across phone, email, and walk-ins in our American Fork showroom. You'll support retail, eCommerce, and commercial clients while partnering closely with sales, operations, and marketing. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, stays organized, and takes ownership of delivering a smooth, consistent customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, and walk-in customers.
Answer product questions and support orders, shipping, returns, and troubleshooting.
Prepare quotes and provide support to retail, eCommerce, and commercial sales teams.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics on shipments and order issues.
Track and manage customer tickets in HubSpot, RingCentral, and other tools.
Keep the showroom organized, presentable, and customer-ready.
Document customer questions and trends to support training and FAQs.
Contribute to improving processes, the help desk, and customer resources.

Assists ServiceAdvisor with obtaining approvals.

Promotes the sales of labor, parts and accessories. Maintains pertinent information on sales, specials, service coupon offers and special rates as offered by Service Department Management.
Maintain understanding of Service Bulletins, Campaigns, Federal Recalls and other pertinent literature.
Follows up with customers after repair to ensure satisfactory outcome, coordintaes with ServiceAdvisor and Service Management to resolve any unhappy customer.
Completes satisfaction surveys with customers via phone and email.
Maintains a calm, professional demeanor at all times.
Maintains open communication with other Service Writers, ServiceAdvisors, Shop Foremen, Service Management, parts personnel and Technicians relaying all information electronically by posting in the work order notes as well as verbally and in written correspondence.
Attend and apply factory and formal training as required.

Determined self-starter that works well in a group or alone. Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a working knowledge of all heavy truck repair methods. Must have the ability to identify and meet Customer needs and requirements. Must be a hard worker, responsible and a problem solver. Working Conditions:
Non-exempt: “This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of federal wage-hour law, which means that you will be paid overtime pay for all hours actually worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek.” You must obtain authorization from your supervisor prior to working any overtime.
This position can be physically demanding. May require lifting up to 50 pounds, sometimes repeatedly. For part of the shift, s/he may work at a desk in an office setting, doing paperwork, filing, and key entry on a computer video monitor. Additionally, during the same shift, s/he will climb stairs, climb in and out of vehicles, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees and customers.
