Some what flexible hours
Low pay, incompetent management, unsafe work environment.

The leadership team spent most of its time on unnecessary tasks that made them feel important but resulted in waste of largely tax provided government funding.
Provide tangible support and incentives to the direct support staff. Increase oversight of the management.
If you can perform basic math and present as someone who is more or less desparate for a job you will be fine.
They pay quite poorly and in fact gave pay cuts to their most senior employees in order to offer hiring bonus to new employees most of whom quit on average after about 2 months.

The most joy I recieved from this job was the day I no longer worked there.
They trained us for free and pay very well.
