Responsibilities

Make weekly bank deposit.
Manage the supply closet and order office supplies.

Review and file various documents.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Develop an understanding of the workflow from inventory, sales, accounting, and purchasing.
Enter quotes, sales orders, and create purchase orders. Maintain accurate data entry of customer information.
Handle customer service-related issues to meet the needs of the clients and vendor relations.
Support Outside Account managers.
Become a participant on the after-hours emergency rotation team.

Responsibilities and Duties
Actively implements life enrichment programs as planned and assigned to meet the functional levels, needs and interests of each Resident.
Honors the individual needs and preferences of residents and communicates well changes, requests and interests of residents with the Director of Life Enrichment.
Assists Residents to and from life enrichment programs and outing as scheduled.
Maintains good rapport with family members and encourages family support in programs.
Assists residents during meals and snacks encouraging an atmosphere of socialization.
Completes appropriate records indicating Resident's attendance and participation in individual and group activities in a timely basis.
Provides input to the assessment and evaluation of Residents participation when requested.
Communicates Resident's concerns and responses to interventions to immediate supervisor.
Supports Residents individual needs, and preferences, customary routines, concerns and choices.
Assist and works with individual volunteers and volunteer programs at the request of the Life enrichment Director.
Assists residents with ADL needs that arise during planned activities such as toileting or eating/drinking.
Participates in long term care survey process, regulatory, and accreditation.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Preferred Certified as a Nursing Assistant - 1-year experience preferred.
If applicable: must possess a current chauffeur's license if operating transportation vehicles and possess a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enjoys socializing, has an outgoing and friendly personality
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff members.

**Job Title** CMMS Coordinator This role is focused on the support of all Major Commodity Programs and Regional Execution teams. The goal of this role is to support the regional execution teams including Facility Management, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and the Vendor Managers to ensure compliance and proper execution of all programs through the CMMS Database (Corrigo) and Vendor Management Inbox. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Responsible for one or more of the following:
+ Schedule data management
+ Contract Amendment Request (CAR) oversight and governance
+ Provide daily and/or weekly reports of various progress updates (CARs, Invoices, Outstanding Work Orders)
+ Subject matter expert related to CMMS database
+ Manage shared mailbox; respond to general inquiries and escalate as appropriate
+ Maintain and update Specialty Dispatch tables
