Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
Quality control repair orders for processing.
Maintain customer lounge and coffee station.
Be familiar with the guest and their vehicle to create a custom dialogue tailored to their needs (i.e. what service they may be due for, do they have pre-paid maintenance, did they decline any services last visit, etc.)
Facilitate any necessary contact with guests following service.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including maintenance menus, pricing, etc.
Ensure guests are aware of promotions/stay informed of all current marketing efforts they may have seen.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Assist with various other tasks and special projects as needed.

Accountability
Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the Service Assistant maintains the restaurant's interior and exterior, keeping all areas clean and organized. Keeps dining room tables cleaned and sanitized. Maintains adequate supply of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils and ice in service areas throughout shift.
