Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education: Required: High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or related field. Experience: Required: Six (6) months customer service and cash handling experience. Preferred: Six (6) months customer service and cash handling experience, and three (3) months formal experience working with adults in a library or academic setting. License and Certification: Required: Possess, or have the ability to obtain, a valid Nevada Driver's License at the time of hire. JOB SUMMARY: The Site Services Coordinator supports Project Managers by conducting service research, creating project timelines, and handling administrative tasks like site binder creation. They assist in placing and confirming I&D and field service orders, ensuring professional, timely, and cost-effective service delivery. The coordinator builds and maintains a network of vendors, responds to inquiries, recommends cost-saving strategies, and tracks important site service and labor information. They initiate payment requests, approve invoices, and follow internal procedures. A proactive and resourceful approach is essential, with creativity and flexibility to achieve project goals effectively.
