The Radiology Coordinator supervises, coordinates and oversees the daily operations, workflow, customer service and quality control of imaging services within the Urgent Care modality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provides patient care essential to imaging procedures. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures and in accordance with the health system policies, protocols and standards.
Function as a Medical Assistant to room patients; obtain vitals, reconcile medications, and interview patients to identify chief complaints.
Provides a high level of expertise to mentor staff/students and problem solving.
Perform regular QC checks and coordinate machine maintenance as needed.
Perform regular QA checks for each technician. Provide coaching and additional training when necessary.
Address and record any errors or incidents with technicians.
Acts as liaison between the Radiology Department and Urgent Care clinics to ensure up to date practice for all techs.
Using initiative, good judgment and technical expertise to perform a wide-range of imaging procedures. Acts as a positive role model/mentor for staff and students in demonstrating good behaviors, interpersonal relations and promotes a high degree of morale.
Applies the principles of teamwork in all aspects of providing patient services.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing
State of Connecticut License/Eligible
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years experience as Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT, RDMS, NMTCB etc) required.
One to three years leadership experience including coaching and counseling staff, and developing staff schedules.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Demonstrated high level of technical expertise and competency in two or more imaging modalities.
Demonstrated good communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to interact positively with all levels of health care workers and guests required.
Demonstrated good organizational skills with the ability to handle several tasks/projects simultaneously required.

Review checks deposited remotely through the Bank's mobile app, reviewing checks for validity, and assessing risk factors to approve or reject the check.
Complete daily reconciliation of Mobile Deposit activity and process the daily batch deposit for the mobile deposit teller.
Update online banking external transfer and remote deposit limits as requested in accordance with approval requirements.
Utilize Verafin reports to research online banking external accounts added to identify any potential anomalies in the online activity and where indicated, call those customers to confirm that the activity is valid.
Create online banking Retail ACH (external transfer) batches, referring to risk indicators to determine high risk transfers requiring additional risk mitigation action which may include customer contact.
Oversee online deposit account opening (iOpen, eOpen), reporting system issues and working with vendor toward resolution, escalating as needed to ensure assigned vendor resource attention.
Review Insight Online Applications queue each morning and periodically throughout the day for any applications displaying an error and/or in a status requiring review, researching as needed to determine and complete required actions to either complete the account opening or reject the application.
For each eOpen account opened, review the associated Driver's License (or Passport) to ensure details are legible and there is no obvious indication that the ID may be invalid or fraudulent, complete the Verafin CDD questionnaire for each account owner, and index the Account Summary to iDentifi.

Responsibilities:
Communicate and work with customers to assess situations and gather information about their situation
Perform troubleshooting and present options to fix the customer's issue
Provide excellent customer service and do things right the first time
Produce invoicing and accept/collect payment for service
Follow-up and follow-through with any outstanding customer requests or inquiries
Requirements:
Must be a licensed electrician with 3+ years of residential service experience
Sales experience preferred, but not required (will train)
Troubleshooting/diagnostic experience
Great attitude and a passion for serving others
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be a people person and like interacting with customers
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs in all conditions & terrain.
