What a typical day looks like:
Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs
Handle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution
Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers
Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed
Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer comprehension
In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs.
Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales and Export Process.
SOX controls knowledge validation prices, incoterms, terms of payment and agreements.
Coordination with the warehouse and logistics area of shipments following the shipping instructions requested by the customer, comprehension incoterms and import of records.
Correct follow-up and coordination of the different operational areas involved in the planning of production and delivery of FG of a project, in order to help the client in all their requisitions, exceeding their expectations.
Monitoring of customer demand, reception of purchase orders and coordination with material and production control for the manufacture of the models requested as a priority by the customer
Business and Operations Knowledge EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, Bilateral and Triangular Invoicing Process.
Create CMF, MRF and PQR.
Involve in CFT, Operations and customer meetings.

**Responsibilities**
In this role employees will have direct patient contact. The primary function is to transport patients, visitors and patient related items throughout the Mayo Clinic campus in a safe and efficient manner. Employees will have frequent interaction with nurses, radiology techs, desk staff, door attendants and others. Employees will receive primary work assignments via an iPhone and pager.
Employee must be able to function independently and as a team member with minimal supervision or direction and possess knowledge with the use of a smart phone. Proper input and management of transport requests may be required via computers and/or working with dispatch staff via telephone. Employees in this role will stand and/or walk 10-12 miles per 8-hour shift and frequently push/pull patients up to 200 pounds and occasionally up to or exceeding 350 pounds.
Employees must demonstrate proficiency in the safe operation of multiple types of motorized patient transport equipment which require exceptional fine motor skills. In addition, employees must have full use of hands, ability to perform repetitive wrist and elbow movements, repetitive foot motions and trunk rotate/twist/reach actions. Employees are required to disinfect equipment after each patient use and request maintenance as needed through the appropriate channels. Performing wheelchair roundups to General Service storage locations or designated floors is a daily task. Employees will transport patients who require the use of oxygen, intravenous pumps, wound vacs and/or other special equipment, as well as assist patients in and out of wheelchairs/stretchers and perform correct patient identification by utilizing two patient identifiers (name and date of birth). When a patient is on oxygen, it must be confirmed with a nurse that the patient has a minimum of 30 minutes of oxygen before transportation occurs.
Employees are required to use a slider board and slider sheet to transfer patients to/from beds and/or stretchers with assistance from other care team members. Employees are required to confirm with staff and adhere to the medical isolation precautions and protocols. This requires additional hands-on training. Employees must provide detailed verbal communication to appropriate staff during the drop off and pick up of patients in the inpatient setting.
Working hours may include days, evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekends with rotating days off. Staff may be required to attend meetings outside of their normal work schedule and/or assist in the training of new employees. A minimum of 80 hours of on the job training is necessary to perform basic job functions.
**Qualifications**
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience required. Previous hospital, clinical or patient care experience preferred. Must be able to work independently and in a group setting with minimal supervision. Requires exceptional verbal communication skills as well as telephone and human relation skills to interact with patients, guests and staff. Must communicate effectively in a professional and respectful manner during high-stress situations. Must be able to adapt to unpredictable and stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary. Must be able to demonstrate exceptional initiative and a proven ability to quickly respond to customer needs in a fast-paced work environment.
Basic computer skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Providing patients and visitors assistance as necessary, such as patients experiencing nausea symptoms while in route to their destination. Transport patients on a monitor cart to/from an intensive care unit (ICU) which requires Nurse and/or Respiratory Therapist accompaniment. Continuously monitor the patient's condition during transport when a patient care staff member has not accompanied. During transport if medical staff is needed to evaluate the patient's condition, the transporter may be required to call a code blue.
