Here's what you'll be doing:
Responsible for greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner Knows and understands extended service policies, and processes extended warranty payments for repair orders Responsible for printing out estimates and invoices and accept payment for completed service work Responsible for restocking refreshments, food, and lobby materials in the customer lounge keeping the area neat and inviting during business hours Responsible for customer keys while cars are waiting to be picked up by their owners Reconciles cash drawer daily Works with sales manager to learn about products and services offered, their features and value, and any price changes to services our store offers Filing of all repair orders throughout day Work cooperatively with the sales and service team Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to one of the Service or Sales professional who can Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution if it is outside the scope of the cashier duties Answer incoming service calls as needed

Job Responsibilities
- Prints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
- Records amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
- Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Processes repair orders Operates credit card and "Telecheck" machines
- Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
- Prepares daily bank deposits
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
